My approach involves close collaboration with finance, program leads, communications, and executive staff to ensure proposals are feasible, flexible, and meet regulatory and institutional standards. I take particular care in developing budget narratives that clearly justify funding requests and demonstrate alignment with project goals and compliance requirements. Additionally, I coordinate the integration of grant awards into accounting and reporting systems, streamline subaward processes, and facilitate smooth federal reporting.

With extensive experience navigating federal compliance frameworks and institutional protocols, I help teams build strong funder relationships, manage deliverables efficiently, and keep projects on track from proposal through closeout.
